Claiming Your Prize
Congratulations on winning a prize! Here's how to claim it and receive your reward.
Step 1: Check Your Wins
When you win a prize, you'll be notified via:
- Email notification to your registered email address
- On-screen notification when you log in
- Your prize appears in Prizes → My Wins
Step 2: Navigate to My Wins
Go to the Prizes menu and select My Wins. You'll see all your prize wins with their current status.
Step 3: Claim Your Prize
Click "Claim Prize Now"
Find your unclaimed prize and click the orange Claim Prize Now button.
Enter Delivery Information
You'll need to provide:
- Full Delivery Address: Include street, city, and postcode
- Contact Phone: In case the courier needs to reach you
- Special Instructions: Any delivery notes (optional)
Submit Your Claim
Review your information and click Submit Claim.
Step 4: Wait for Processing
After you claim your prize:
- We process claims within 1-2 business days
- Your prize status changes to "Claimed"
- We prepare your prize for dispatch
Step 5: Receive Tracking Information
Once your prize is dispatched:
- You'll receive an email with tracking details
- Your prize status changes to "Shipped"
- You can track your package using the tracking number
- Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days
Important Information
Claim Deadline
You must claim your prize within 30 days of winning, or it will be forfeited and returned to the prize pool.
Delivery Address
Make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Incorrect addresses may delay delivery.
If You're Not Home
If the courier can't deliver:
- They'll leave a card with collection instructions
- You can arrange redelivery through the courier
- Packages are typically held for 7-10 days
