Placing an Order
Step 1: Add Items to Cart
Browse products and click Add to Cart for items you want. You can:
- Select size and color options
- Adjust quantities
- View your cart at any time
Step 2: Review Your Cart
Click the cart icon to review your order. You'll see:

- Subtotal
- Prize fund contribution amount
- Shipping cost (£4.99 standard)
Step 3: Proceed to Checkout
You must be logged in to checkout. Enter your:
- Shipping address
- Contact phone number
- Email (pre-filled from your account)
Step 4: Complete Payment
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. You can pay with:
- Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay

- Email confirmation with order details
- Prize fund contribution amount

- You'll receive tracking information via email
- Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days

Returns and Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your purchase:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt
- Items must be unworn with tags attached
- We'll arrange return or exchange
